Define Committees

Objective

The Define Committees function is necessary to define pay periods that will be used in certain system reports.

Committees are also used in various payroll interfaces if the maestro* payroll module is not installed.

Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Maintenance > Time Management > Define Committees

 

Creating a committee

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field	Description
Code	Committee identification number.
Name	Committee name.
Export by Payroll Interface	Used to export data using the Perfect Payroll interface.

2. Click Save.
